Description
This wine has the benefit of being from one of the oldest Pinot Noir vineyards in the Central Ranges. The result, darker colour, vibrant dark cherry fruits, some briar notes and I can’t help but smell some cedar and pine forest notes.
The palate sets this wine apart from most, it is full fruit flavour, it has richness, tannin drive but it is well integrated into a soft silky texture. The palate is mature and will drink well lighter meats.
