Glencara Cottage

GLENCARA COTTAGE

A lovingly restored and renovated cottage, set on a 2500-acre historic cropping and sheep farm, Glencara Cottage is the perfect choice for your secluded country getaway.

A picturesque country drive from Cowra and situated between the rural towns of Young and Grenfell, this private location offers peace and tranquillity as you relax, unwind and reconnect.

The cottage features a spacious bedroom with a copper bath set under a large window for rural views, plus underfloor heating in the bathroom. Guests have access to the property’s famous Rustic Maze and Country Garden, an in-ground trampoline, a life-size chess game, and the homestead’s pool. The estate is particularly popular during canola season (late August to late September), when the surrounding paddocks turn bright yellow.

Picture this – wide open spaces with endless rural views, peace and tranquillity broken only by the gentle sounds of birds gathering in the garden. A place where you can take a relaxed stroll or an easy bike ride exploring the farm, laze by the pool with your favourite book, or play a friendly game of garden chess. Lose yourself in the Rustic Maze, then share a laugh with the locals at nearby Bulla Creek Brewery.

Here is where life slows down, and each day unfolds as a carefree adventure.
