The Glen Donald Olive Grove is located in the historic village of Bumbaldry in the Central West farming region of NSW. The unique ecosystem formed at the base of the Yambira Mountain Range creates the perfect environment for the olives to thrive.
Continuing to attract nationwide attention, Glen Donald Estate hosts open days on select long weekends for visitors to see firsthand how their produce starts from paddock to plate.
They began this journey in 2000 by establishing and producing an award-winning olive oil. This gave them the confidence to expand, and in 2010 they planted olive trees on the slopes of the Yambira Mountains.

FARM TOUR
No two tours are the same on our farm. As a working property, there are always jobs to do – olives to pick, eggs to collect and livestock to tend. While you’re here, you become part of the team here on the Glen Donald Estate and will learn all about the highs and lows of life on a farm.
Our standard tours are approximately two hours in length and include a visit to our Olive Grove and Viewing Platform, feeding/engaging with our varied farm animals, and some sampling in the orchard (seasonally).
To ensure that a member of our friendly Glen Donald Estate team is available to take you on a tour, we require bookings to be made 24 hours in advance.
MULBERRY COTTAGE
Stay in our lovingly restored Mulberry Cottage here at Glen Donald Estate. You’ll wake up in crisp bed linens and enjoy tranquil views overlooking our olive groves and farmland.

The lovingly restored cottage allows guests to be immersed in the beauty and charm of country life. Mulberry Cottage is ideal for those looking for a peaceful escape, an adventure or a remote office with a great view.
During your stay at Mulberry Cottage, you can book various activities provided by Glen Donald Estate – Morning tea, Ploughman’s Lunch, Pizza Dinner, Farm tour, Product tasting or exploring the farm shop.
Pre-bookings for food items are essential and can be done through the Glen Donald Website.
